Business Model – Privately Owned and Operated
The business model is based on Freight Shuttle licensing the technology and providing designs for all components to a Private Investor-Owned Freight Shuttle Project Entity for a licensing fee and royalty fees. It is expected that an Investor-Owned Freight Shuttle Project Entity will be created for each defined project as a passive investment vehicle. FS will provide operations, and maintenance services to the Freight Shuttle Project Entity through a subsidiary – Freight Shuttle Operations (FSO) – and will also offer development services to the Freight Shuttle Project Entity through a subsidiary company – Freight Shuttle Project Management (FSPM) – if desired.
However, FS will be pleased to entertain other business models, and it is expected that each Freight Shuttle Project will have a unique business model tailored to the stakeholders involved and the specific economic and operational circumstances.
